Being part of the original founding Naughty Dog kennel was an awesome experience and an important part of my career development. I became the first employee in November ‘94, moved to LA from NJ, and started working on what became the first Crash Bandicoot in January ‘95 for PlayStation1 as the studios first art & animation director. ND was acquired by Sony in ‘99 and went on to develop the Jak & Daxter series for PS2. The studio found its next identity with the development of Uncharted series for PS3.
Having gone through 12 years of incredible growth and experience at Naughty Dog, I got the entrepreneurial bug and took the leap to co-found Big Red Button after completion of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune in late 2007.
